During checkout, you can select between a few different shipping options, such as the following:
- USPS First Class (5-7 Days)
- USPS Priority (3-4 Days)
- USPS Express (2-3 Days)
- We do not ship on weekends. Orders typically ship out the next day, however in some cases it may be 2 days. Keep an eye out for an email with your tracking information!
Upon placing an order, we process them in the order they are received. Our goal is to ship all orders that are received by 2pm EST M-F business days only the next day (excludes holidays). This includes any shipments that are drop shipped by our various vendors. This policy may be delayed during peak shopping times and may delay your order 1-4 business days from being shipped. If the order is on back order there will be a delay in your purchase, and you will be contacted by a customer service representative if your item becomes no longer available and an immediate refund will be given.
All orders are shipped with tracking information that will be emailed directly to you once the order has been processed. For large orders insurance and a signature will be required to deliver the item(s). Depending upon the location of your shipment we will utilize USPS, UPS or FEDEX.
We strive to make every experience with our products the best possible. If you feel that you are not fully satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may request a full refund on the purchase price within 30 days of the original purchase date. Orders containing 4+ of the same product are not eligible for a refund as we consider bulk orders to mean you have already tried and are comfortable with that product. Always contact us via email with any questions.
To request a full refund you must send back your entire order, even if the bottles/ packages are opened. If we do not receive the bottles/ packages within your 30-days refund period we will not issue your refund.
Also, please note the refunded amount will be to the customer’s original form of payment in its entirety (i.e. the full amount of the transaction).
Can I Exchange Product Within the 30 Day Period?
Yes, if you want to exchange your product for a product equal or of less value during the 30-day refund period, you can do so. Please note, if you decided to trade for a product of less value, we will not refund the difference.
